We accept returns and replacements only if the item is damaged, defective, or not working as intended upon delivery. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size, or general dissatisfaction with the product.
You must report any damage or defect within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this window will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, the shipment back to us is initiated by you, the customer, not by Zevorae. We'll email you the return address and any packing instructions along with your approval. Please wait for this confirmation before shipping the item, and do not send it back before your claim has been approved.
Once the returned item is received and inspected (or the issue is verified), your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
