You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted.

For hygiene reasons, worn intimates cannot be returned. Please try pieces on over your own underwear. This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Please wait for a return authorisation before sending anything back. Unauthorised returns cannot be processed or refunded — this isn't a formality, it's how our fulfilment works, and a parcel sent without approval may not reach anyone who can help.
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered — in which case we cover it.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of your return being approved.
Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the money to appear on your statement.
If something arrives faulty, damaged, or simply isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph.
We will arrange a replacement or a full refund including original shipping, at no cost to you. Faulty items are exempt from the unworn condition requirement.
We don't process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, return the original for a refund and place a new order — it's faster, and it means the piece you want doesn't sell out while a parcel is in transit.
Most returns are about fit. If you're between sizes or unsure, write to us before you order — we would genuinely rather help you get it right than process a return.
