Free standard shipping on US orders over $75.
Below $75, standard shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay. You'll always see the exact cost before confirming your order — there are no charges added afterwards.
Orders are picked, checked, and packed before dispatch. You'll receive an email confirming your order straight away, and a second email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next working day.
Every order ships tracked. Your tracking link arrives by email the moment your parcel leaves the warehouse. If it hasn't appeared within a few days of your confirmation email, check your spam folder first, then write to us.
Delivery estimates are estimates — not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and customs processing can extend them, and none of those are within our control. We will always help you trace a parcel that seems to have stalled.
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we can resend it once you cover the reshipping cost.
If you spot a mistake immediately after ordering, write to us as quickly as you can — if the parcel hasn't been dispatched, we can usually correct it.
If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with your household and neighbours first, then contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier.
If a parcel is genuinely lost in transit, we will replace it or refund you in full.
