We ship within the United States only. Once your order is placed, you'll receive an email confirming it, and a second email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees — carrier delays and weather can extend them.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• With all original tags attached
• In their original packaging

For hygiene reasons, worn intimates cannot be returned. Please try on over your own underwear. This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the returned item being received and inspected.

Please contact us for a return authorisation before sending anything back — unauthorised returns cannot be processed or refunded. To start a return, email returns@zevorae.com with your order number.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph.

We will arrange a replacement or a full refund including original shipping, at no cost to you. Faulty items are exempt from the unworn condition requirement, and we cover return shipping.

Washing gently is what keeps the stretch and the hold intact. Machine washing and heat drying break down elastane fibres and will shorten the life of the garment. Wash with similar colours; darker shades may release excess dye on the first wash.

Measurements in our size guide are body measurements, not garment measurements. They are provisional, based on supplier specification, and are being verified against our own samples.

If you're unsure, write to us before you order — we would rather help you get it right than process a return.
